Approval and re-review

Brand statement
“Inner Circle Faith” is the public-facing trade name of Inner Circle Assets LLC. Use the full legal-provider statement in agreements, formal legal notices, receipts, insurance records, and other contexts where the contracting entity must be clear.
The legal service provider is Inner Circle Assets LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Inner Circle Faith. “Inner Circle Faith” is the public-facing trade name. Agreements, formal notices, payment records, insurance, and tax or processor records should identify the legal entity and trade name as appropriate. Services are limited to Christian religious teaching and general education; the Company does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, medical, mental-health, clinical, crisis, emergency, or other regulated professional services.
These Terms govern use of the official Inner Circle Faith website, related public pages, accounts, downloads, and digital products operated by Inner Circle Assets LLC doing business as Inner Circle Faith. A service-specific agreement controls over these Terms for a paid course, tutoring, event, or subscription.
Section 1Acceptance and eligibility
By using the website or purchasing a digital product, you accept these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
Section 2Religious-education purpose
The website provides Christian religious teaching and general information. Courts of Heaven teaching expresses religious interpretation and is not accepted uniformly across Christian traditions. Content does not replace Scripture, the Holy Spirit, healthy church community, lawful accountability, emergency response, or qualified professional care.
Section 3No professional relationship
Website use does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment-adviser, insurance, clinician-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, clergy-penitent, employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Do not rely on the site for emergency or regulated advice.
Section 4Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity reasonably attributable to your account. Accounts may not be shared unless the purchased plan expressly allows it.
Section 5Purchases
Prices, taxes, shipping, access periods, recurring terms, refunds, and delivery are disclosed at checkout or in an order. Third-party processor terms may also apply. A purchase is accepted when confirmed, subject to fraud, error, inventory, legal restriction, and availability.
Section 6Digital license
Unless a written license states otherwise, purchased or free digital content is licensed, not sold, for the adult user’s personal, noncommercial study. The license is limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, and does not convey ownership or rights in underlying third-party material.
Section 7Prohibited use
You may not copy, republish, upload, sell, sublicense, rent, broadcast, publicly display, perform, translate, create derivative works, remove notices, evade access controls, share credentials, scrape, harvest, mirror, frame, reverse engineer, or use content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or ground an artificial-intelligence system without written permission.
Section 8Trademarks
Names, logos, slogans, course titles, and trade dress are owned by or licensed to Inner Circle Faith. No license is granted except limited approved event promotion or written permission. Provisional course titles remain subject to clearance and should not be treated as registered marks.
Section 9Third-party and licensed content
Third-party works remain subject to their owners’ rights and restrictions. A citation or link is not permission to reproduce. Inner Circle Faith will not distribute license-dependent material until written authority supports the intended format, audience, territory, term, and commercial use.
Section 10User submissions
Questions, comments, assignments, and feedback remain yours, but you grant Inner Circle Faith a limited license to use them to provide the service, respond, secure the platform, and improve operations. Public testimonial or marketing use requires a separate release. Do not submit unlawful, confidential, infringing, defamatory, threatening, or third-party-sensitive content.
Section 11Community conduct
Do not harass, threaten, shame, manipulate, impersonate, accuse, diagnose, disclose another person’s private information, disrupt systems, promote scams, or use spiritual language to pressure or retaliate. Inner Circle Faith may moderate or remove content and restrict access.
Section 12No recording or automated capture
Do not record live content, deploy meeting bots, screen-capture protected slides, create unauthorized transcripts, or use automated extraction tools. Any approved recording is governed by a separate consent and license.
Section 13Links and third parties
Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Inner Circle Faith does not control third-party content, availability, security, accessibility, or practices. Use them at your own risk and under their terms.
Section 14Accessibility
Inner Circle Faith seeks to improve access and will consider reasonable requests. Use the Support Contact listed on the official Inner Circle Faith website or purchase confirmation for assistance or alternative formats. Third-party platform limitations may require a reasonable alternative.
Section 15Availability and changes
The website may be interrupted, updated, corrected, suspended, or discontinued. Inner Circle Faith may correct pricing or description errors before accepting an order and will provide appropriate options if a material error affects an accepted purchase.
Section 16No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted, the site and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or results. Nonwaivable consumer warranties remain effective.
Section 17Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted, Inner Circle Faith is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss. For a paid digital product, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for that product during the prior 12 months. These limits do not apply where prohibited or to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other nonwaivable liability.
Section 18Responsibility for misuse
You are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for direct losses and reasonable costs caused by your infringement, unlawful content, impersonation, harassment, intentional security compromise, fraud, or other material breach of these Terms.
Section 19Copyright concerns
A rights owner may send a detailed notice identifying the work, location, ownership, contact information, good-faith belief, accuracy statement, and signature through the Support Contact listed on the official Inner Circle Faith website or purchase confirmation. Inner Circle Faith may remove material while reviewing the claim and may terminate repeat infringers.
Section 20Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains data practices. Recording, testimonial, sensitive-data, and marketing consents are separate where required.
Section 21International use
The site is controlled from the United States. Inner Circle Faith does not represent that every service is lawful or appropriate everywhere. Users are responsible for local law, and the Company may restrict countries, currencies, content, or delivery.
Section 22Disputes
Provide written notice and allow 30 days for good-faith informal resolution. If unresolved, attempt nonbinding mediation in Colorado or remotely before litigation, except for small claims or urgent injunctive relief. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver.
Section 23Governing law
Colorado law governs to the extent permitted without displacing mandatory rights in the user’s home jurisdiction. Any litigation must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado unless mandatory law requires another forum.
Section 24Termination
Inner Circle Faith may suspend access for security, fraud, nonpayment, unlawful use, IP misuse, harassment, or material breach. Terms that by nature should survive — including ownership, licenses, payment, disclaimers, limits, and disputes — continue after termination.
Section 25Changes and notices
Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date and communicated where required. The version accepted for a purchase controls that purchase unless lawfully changed. Electronic notices may be sent to the account email.
Section 26General
These Terms, the Privacy Notice, Refund Policy, Teaching Notice, and applicable order or agreement form the complete contract for website and digital-product use. Unenforceable terms are limited or severed. A waiver must be written. Electronic records and signatures are permitted.
