1) Acceptance

By using the site, communities, courses, donations, or communications (including SMS/MMS) from Inner Circle Faith (“ICF,” “we”), you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & accounts

Use requires legal capacity and accurate information. You’re responsible for account security and all activity.

3) Services

ICF offers faith-based content, mentorship, courses, events, donations, and communications. Features may change or be discontinued.

4) A2P SMS/MMS (TCPA/CTIA)

With your consent, ICF sends recurring SMS/MMS including promos and transactional alerts.

Freq: varies; rates: msg & data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Text STOP (you’ll get a confirmation).
Help: Text HELP or email [email protected].
Carriers not liable for delays/non-delivery.

You confirm you’re the subscriber/authorized user and will notify us if your number changes. Consent not required for purchase.

5) User content & conduct

You grant ICF a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host/use your submitted content in connection with the Services and our ministry activities. Do not violate laws, IP/privacy rights, security, or post abusive/illegal/spam content. We may remove content or suspend access.

6) Intellectual property

Site content, marks, and software are owned by ICF or licensors. No copying/modification/derivatives except as allowed by these Terms.

7) Purchases, donations, subscriptions, refunds

Prices/features may change; taxes may apply.

Subscriptions: auto-renew until canceled before renewal.
Refunds: per our posted refund policy; otherwise non-refundable.
Donations: generally non-refundable to the extent allowed by law.

8) Third-party services

We integrate with third parties (payments, video, email/SMS, analytics). Their terms and privacy practices apply; we are not responsible for them.

9) DMCA

Send copyright notices to [email protected] with required details (signature, work, location, contact info, good-faith and perjury statements).

10) Disclaimers

Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties (express/implied). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or content accuracy.

11) Liability limit

To the maximum extent allowed, ICF is not liable for indirect/special/consequential damages or lost profits/data. Our total liability is the greater of (a) amounts you paid to ICF in the past 12 months or (b) $100.

12) Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold ICF harmless from claims arising out of your use, your content, or your violation of these Terms/law.

13) Suspension/termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including policy violations or legal requirements.

14) Governing law & disputes

Colorado law governs (conflict rules excluded). Binding arbitration (JAMS); no class actions or jury trials. Small-claims court is allowed for qualifying individual claims. Parties may seek injunctive relief.

15) International use

You are responsible for local law compliance; we may restrict access where unlawful.

16) Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after posting means acceptance.
